Already during the construction of our first logistics hall (1,000 m2), inaugurated in 2015, the ZIB Komplex Ltd. team proved its expertise. In 2022, it was a no-brainer for us to work with them on the construction of our next 1200 m2 logistics hall.

Both projects were carried out by the company as general contractor from design to approval.

ZIB Komplex Ltd. was responsible for the design, construction and permitting of the greenfield construction of our new 1,800 m2 production hall. During the whole project, communication was smooth and they kept to the deadline and budget. Thanks to their precise work, a production hall was built in 2022 in which the production of mobile homes can be carried out even more efficiently. Our future plans include another expansion, which we will definitely entrust to ZIB Komplex Ltd.
